An idea that I've been experimenting on and off the last year.  I have a little more work to do on this creation before I call it "done," however since I used pastel I decided I needed to stop in order to not overfill the tooth of the paper.  I look forward to continuing to work on this theme later on.

Christmas 2014

 Each year for the last few years, I have painted Christmas ornaments as gifts for my family and friends.  This year I went with a penguin theme.

Another gift I painted for Christmas this year was this ceramic snow baby tree.

Riverfront Park in Autumn

A local scene of Mark Twain Riverfront Park along the Chemung River in Elmira, New York.  It's been a busy month with preparing gifts for Christmas, but I finally found a little time to finish painting this autumn scene.
